Step-1: first of all installed  Adobe Photoshop and open it and go to file and click on Open button also press ctrl+0 from the keyboard.

Step-2: choose your photo and click on crop which you will find a small symbol of crop button and you will choose width 1.2 in and height 1.4 in. 

Step-3: Select your photo and click on enter button then your photo is crop.

Step-4: then go to file and go to Automate and click on picture package.

Step-5:  Select you page size from this option you will choose any size from this.

Step-6: Then choose your photo color like ( RGB color, Grayscale) and click on Ok button.

step-8: you will save this file from you PC/computer go to file and click on save for web.
